Dill-Horseradish Cream

Give this classic creamy condiment as much horseradish oomph as you please.

Yields: Makes 1 1/4 cups


1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 48 hours.
